brought against Sharp Action LLC in the United States. Please read them carefully.

Sports that govern your use of the website sharpactionsports.com (the “Site”). When used in
these Terms, “Sharp Action Sports,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Company” refers to Sharp Action LLC,
the business entity with whom you are contracting.
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you are accepting this Agreement and represent and
warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you do
not agree with all provisions of this Agreement, do not access or use the Services.
Age and Legal Requirements
You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age, or the minimum legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use our Services. By creating an account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that: (a) You meet all age requirements; (b) You are legally permitted to engage in sports betting activities in your jurisdiction; (c) You are not located in a jurisdiction where our Services are prohibited; (d) You will immediately cease using our Services if you relocate to a prohibited jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts pending verification.

Immediate Cessation. If you become aware that your use of our Services violates applicable law, you must immediately cease using our Services and notify us.

Immediate Termination for Legal Compliance. Account Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or restrict accounts if we reasonably believe a user may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the user has requested such action.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify this Agreement at any time. If a modification is made, we will notify you via
email. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access and use of
the Site thereafter. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept and agree to the
new terms. Check this page regularly for updates.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use,
and disclose your personal information. Your use of the Services signifies your agreement to

Subscription and Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days, and you will be charged accordingly.
Cancellation
Cancel by emailing support@sharpactionsports.com. Cancellation is immediate; no refunds will
be issued. You will not be charged again post-cancellation.
Pausing Subscriptions
Subscriptions cannot be paused.
Payment Plans
If a payment plan is selected, you are responsible for all scheduled payments.
Payment Information
You are responsible for all applicable fees and for maintaining valid payment details on file.
Charges are based on your selected plan and incurred usage.
Payment Processor
We use Stripe as our payment processor. All transactions are subject to Stripe’s Terms of
Service and Privacy Policy. We do not control and are not liable for Stripe’s operations.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. If you're dissatisfied, contact us at
support@sharpactionsports.com.
Refusal of Service
We may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if: (a) You violate any age or eligibility requirements; (b) You access our Services from a prohibited jurisdiction; (c) We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or problematic gambling behavior; (d) Legal or regulatory requirements necessitate such action; (e) You attempt to circumvent responsible gambling measures or self-imposed limits; (f) You use VPNs or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions.
Third Party Websites, Ads, and Ad Networks
We may link to third-party sites or content for convenience. We do not control or endorse these
and are not responsible for them. Your use of third-party resources is at your own risk.

by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its
Commercial Arbitration Rules in Florida. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator,
whose decision is final and binding. You agree to bear your own legal fees and costs, except
where prohibited by law. The arbitrator has exclusive authority to resolve disputes regarding the
interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms, including the arbitrability of any
claim. Arbitration proceedings will be confidential. This agreement does not preclude you from
seeking relief from government agencies where applicable.
Limitation on Time to File Claims
Claims must be brought within one year of the incident or they are permanently barred.
Class Action Waiver
You waive the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Claims
deemed not subject to arbitration will be stayed pending arbitration resolution.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SHARP ACTION SPORTS BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY GAMBLING LOSSES OR UNSUCCESSFUL BETTING OUTCOMES; (B) DECISIONS TO GAMBLE OR SPECIFIC BETTING CHOICES MADE BY USERS; (C) CONSEQUENCES OF PROBLEM GAMBLING OR GAMBLING ADDICTION; (D) LOSSES RESULTING FROM COMPLIANCE WITH GAMBLING LAWS OR REGULATIONS; (E) UNAVAILABILITY OF SERVICES DUE TO LEGAL OR REGULATORY RESTRICTIONS. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT GAMBLING INVOLVES INHERENT RISKS AND THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IS VOLUNTARY AND AT YOUR SOLE RISK. EXCEPT FOR INDEMNIFICATION OR CONFIDENTIALITY BREACHES, NEITHER PARTY IS LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE CLIENT IN THE PRIOR YEAR.
No Warranties
We do not warrant uninterrupted performance of the Website or guarantee the accuracy of its
content. All services and information are provided “as is.”
Sharp Action Sports is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to provide Services due to
events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory changes, or
technical outages.
